1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Method, Cost & Delivery Time
We offer one standard shipping method for all orders.
Method: Standard Ground Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days after shipment. The specific delivery timeframe depends on the final destination and actual carrier transit, as reflected in your tracking information.
Cost: A flat rate of $30. This fee covers shipping and handling for your entire order.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. For inquiries about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us at patches@puyiiii.site before placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website. Your tracking details will provide the most accurate delivery estimate.
5. Shipping Address & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment/suite numbers. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Address Change Requests: If you need to change your shipping address, you must notify us via email at patches@puyiiii.site within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.
6. Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one available to sign, inaccessible location), the carrier will typically leave a notice and may return the package to a local facility. It is your responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions or contact them directly to reschedule delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Damaged Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer box is severely damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. If you accept the package and find the contents damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (Section 7: Damages & Issues) and contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders, if applicable)
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
